General NG Medal FAQ
Q. Why won't medals appear on the game page
A. Classic Mode is no longer supported for Games with Medals. To change, go to Account > Flash Portal Preferences. Also, you may have to disable Adblock to see them. If this doesn't work, consider yourself in the minority of people who can't see them for some unknown reason.

Q. How can I implement medals on my game?
A. Currently, medals are not available to the public since it is still in testing.

Q. Why won't medals register on NG?
A. - Make sure you are logged in and refresh the page.
- Try using pop-up mode
- Clear your cache and refresh.
- Use a different browser.
- Clear your save game either in-game or using the method below.
- The medal is glitched.
- For every single game, if you leave your session on too long (like a few hours), you will not get the medal since the connection with the NG server is timed out.

Q. Why won't medals appear on my userpage?
A. You need to create a profile first. This can be done by doing anything like making a blog post or favoriting a game/movie.

Q. How to report hackers/cheaters?
A. First gather substantial hard evidence, then PM PsychoGoldfish

Q. Why are some medals worth so little yet are so difficult to obtain?
A. Games are still in testing as to the most appropriate method of weighting medals with respect to difficulty.

Q. How to mute Flash games if there is no mute button in-game?
A. You can use FlashMute. Just download and install. Upon activation, it will mute all Flash applications in all browsers. Very nifty.

Q. Games crash on Firefox on loading!
A. If you have Adblock, simply add the following Exception Rule to it:
@@|http://www.ngads.com/

Q. How to delete save games?
A. Warning! Proceed at your own risk.
If you wish to delete your save game and there is no function in-game to delete it, you will have to delete it manually on your computer. Clearing the cache or your cookies will not clear your save game.

This method will delete all save games from games played on Newgrounds.
Go to the Adobe Flash Settings Manager site. Go to the "Website Storage Settings Panel" and scroll down to "uploads.ungrounded.net". Select it and press "Delete Website" (See below).

To delete only one save game, PM me as it requires a much longer and drawn-out sequence.
